    Dear Ms. Stolberg,

    Thank you for an excellent article. As the descendant of Armenian Genocide survivors, I am grateful that the US and western powers actied to prevent another genocide.

    I appreciate that you referenced the Armenian Genocide in your piece.. However, the sentence as written implies that Armenia committed a genocide:

    “…in places like Armenia, Nazi Germany, Cambodia and Rwanda…”

    The Armenian Genocide took place in Ottoman Turkey.

    I respectfully ask you and the editors to publish a correction noting this error.
