Unless you’ve been cut off from the news, you know people all over the world are talking Turkey. There’s even talk of Israel and the US recognizing the Armenian Genocide to ‘punish’ the Turks (rather than recognizing the tragic events in 1915-1923 for the sake of the memories of all who died and suffered, and to take this necessary step to discourage future genocide).

In the Roadmap to Nowhere or New Delay Tactic article (see above), author Sassounian refers to a Policy Brief issued on April 9, 2010, by Thomas de Waal. Mr. de Waal is a Senior Associate at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. The brief was presented just before the start of the Washington Summit.
